SMART 2K26 – Student Instructions
Completion requirements
1.Exam Groups (All Boards)
- Group A: Grades 9 & 10 ( High School )
- Group B (1): Grades 11 & 12 Commerce
- Group B (2): Grades 11 & 12 Science
2. Registration Details
- Mode: Completely Online
- Registration Fee: Rs. 50/-
- Opens: 15th December 2025
- Closes: 3rd January 2026 (No late entries)
- Students must provide accurate details during registration.
3. User ID, Password & Mock Tests
- After successful registration, students will receive a User ID and Password.
- These credentials provide access to the SMART 2K26 online portal.
- Students can attempt unlimited mock tests from 20th December 2025 to 3rd January 2026, until the date of the Prelims
- Mock tests help students build confidence, become familiar with MCQs, and improve time-management skills.
4. Exam Day Instructions (Prelims)
- Prelims (Online – From Home)
- Students can take the preliminary exam from home, using the official portal.
- For any assistance/clarification, contact this number through Whatsapp or email.
- The exam portal will be open between 10: 00a.m. and 01: 00p.m., However the exam will be for one hour from the commencement.
- Students must ensure a stable internet connection during the exam.
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Total Questions: 60 MCQs
- Each question will have four options with one correct answer.
- It is suggested that students sit in a quiet, well-lit environment during the online exam.
- Students who perform well and secure the highest scores in the Prelims will qualify for the Finals on 11th January 2026.
5. Exam Day Instructions (Finals)
- Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes early.
- Bring the following:
- School ID Card
- Admit Card and any additional instructions sent by the organizers
- Mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
- Follow all instructions given by the invigilators.
- Any form of malpractice will result in immediate disqualification.
6. Results & Certificates
- Prelims Results: Will be announced on or before 7th January 2026.
- Final Results: Will be announced on 11th January 2026, approximately 2 hours after the exam.
- Certificates, awards, and recognitions will be issued based on performance in each group.
- A Performance Report for each student will be generated and sent to the student’s registered email ID.
- The Career Guidance Program on 11th January is open to all participating students.
**Finals
(Online – In Person at A.M. Jain College Campus
Computer Lab, New Block – 3rd Floor)**
- Only qualified Prelims candidates are eligible to appear for the Finals.
- A soft copy of the Admit Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the qualified candidates.
Venue: A.M. Jain College, Meenambakkam
- Students must report on time, in full school uniform(full uniform, ID tag) and carry the required documents:
- SMART 2K26 Admit Card provided by the organizers.
- School ID Card
- Bring basic stationery for rough work.
- Lunch will be provided for those who attend the finals cum career Guidance programme.

Career Guidance Program
A Career Guidance Program will be conducted for all participating students (Prelims and Finals) on 11th January 2026 at A.M. Jain College
For Classes 9 - 10 a general guidence will be conducted.
For classes 11 -12 domain specfic lectures with various options will be delivered.
A detailed information regarding the same will be sent individually through Whatsapp and email.
NOTE
- Only students who perform well and obtain the highest scores in the Prelims will be eligible to appear for the Finals on 11th January 2026.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, the Finals may also be conducted online from students’ residences (subject to approval by the Board of Examiners). However, prizes, certificates, and cash awards will be issued/distributed on a later date, which will be announced by the organizers.
